Immunize LA Families (2007-2012)
Our partners made it possible for the Immunize LA Families Coalition to promote immunization against the flu, pneumonia and vaccine-preventable childhood diseases.
The Immunize LA Families Coalition worked closely with the following partners to raise awareness and promote participation at immunization clinics during flu season.

The coalition worked intensively with three community clinics to improve clinic-based immunization systems and practices. These sites have also participated in our “I Choose” social media campaign.
